DESCRIPTION

Tom Bush BMW Orange Park is seeking a BMW Warehouse & Parts Runner. In this position, you will provide great service to customers and auto technicians. If you have great communication skills and spectacular attention to detail, apply today!

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Receive parts inventory as it arrives to the dealership.
• Check in and stock all orders upon receipt.
• Notify the Parts Manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing.
• Assist in picking and packing emergency orders and making deliveries (inside and outside the dealership).
• Ensure that all the shipping requirements of the company have been met.
• Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed to perform job duties.
• Maintain the parts stockroom
• Order regularly replenished goods
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Pull orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are suitable for the application
• Replenish assigned inventory daily
• Complete Bin Checks
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must exhibit a high level of honesty and integrity.
• Must be team-oriented and able to work in an open office setting.
• Previous Automotive experience a plus! 
• Must be at least eighteen years of age and must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs
